In the dark!
Let’s get spooky! You’ll need a plan. Starting out with black gessoed or painted substrate. Bring a canvas, paper or board already prepared with black gesso or other or dark wash. Bring your own painting reference(s) and preferred painting materials but this time try working from black to light. Moderator will bring extra black gesso for those who don’t have one prepared. This creative encounter is designed to meet the needs of the intermediate and advanced artists wanting to elevate their work to the next level by meeting monthly to explore a specific art challenge or subject.
