Made a purchase for WAS-H and need to get reimbursed? 

1. Fill out the "Request for Disbursement Form" below. Open the form and choose "edit a copy" and save to your own device.

2. Email the form for approval to:

president@watercolorhouston.org and washtr@watercolorhouston.org

3. Receive an email from the WAS-H bookkeeper and follow ACH instructions to receive payment.

Teacher's Payment Form
