Prefer Weekday or Evening Classes?
If you prefer classes taught during the week or in the evening, we’ve got you covered! The following six-week course follows the same structure and curriculum as the Beginning Watercolor Academy and fully satisfies the Beginning WC Academy requirements.

July 15, 2025 - August 19, 2025:  Introduction to Watercolor, taught by Katheryn Rodgers from 6 -9pm. (Tuesday nights)

Oct 14, 2025 - November 19, 2025: Introduction to Watercolor, taught by Katheryn Rodgers from 6 -9pm. (Tuesday nights)

What happens once I complete the beginning classes/workshops?

After completing the six beginner classes (or their approved equivalents), you’ll be eligible to enroll in our Intermediate courses. Once you’ve completed four Intermediate classes or workshops and participated in at least one WAS-H exhibition, you’ll receive a certificate recognizing your successful completion of the WAS-H Watercolor Academy!

How can you tell which courses count toward the Beginning or Intermediate Watercolor requirements?

It’s simple—eligible courses will be listed on the sign-up page below. Beginner classes and workshops will feature a yellow Academy logo, while Intermediate courses will be marked with a blue Academy logo.  Approved master classes will be marked with a black Academy logo.
