Art Market: A Vibrant Community Event

We are excited to share the positive outcomes from our recent Art Market event, which not only highlighted the incredible talent within our community but also strengthened our connections with art lovers and potential new members!

Sales Snapshot

In total, we had 67 art sales along with 16 WAS-H pencil brushes..

Community Engagement

We’re thrilled to report that we talked with many customers that may turn into new WAS-H members. Several shoppers stopped by after visiting the Menil, a testament to the visibility and appeal of our event. As the day drew to a close, shoppers were still exploring the Art Market just before 7:00 PM, signaling a great turnout and engagement. Many guests expressed their enthusiasm, even inquiring if this would become a monthly event!

A Learning Experience

This event served as an invaluable learning opportunity for our emerging artists, allowing them to refine their sales techniques and engage directly with art enthusiasts. The local community embraced the event, excited to have such a vibrant gathering in their neighborhood. Our artists not only showcased their work but also participated in meaningful conversations about art, which is vital for fostering a strong artistic community. It was a fun atmosphere, with attendees appreciating the chance to purchase original art directly from the creators. Our volunteers also enjoyed the experience, building camaraderie and forming lasting connections.
