The WAS-H Gallery is home to an impressive schedule of water-media shows, with two premier shows, the Annual Members Exhibit and the International Exhibition. The Annual Members Exhibit is WAS-H's longest running event and showcases the best-of-the-best from our dedicated members. Artists have an opportunity to win cash and merchandise awards totaling over $3000 from our generous sponsors. Keeping Art Alive at WAS-H!
WAS-H is delighted to announce the 2020 51st Annual Members Exhibit. Texas watercolor artist Don Andrews, AWS, will be the judge and instructor for the AME workshop. Don is a nationally recognized, award winning artist, author and workshop presenter. You can read his profile and see his work at www.donandrewsstudio.com.
This year’s exhibit will be virtual with online registration. You can find the AME Prospectus, registration details and instructions by clicking the link on this page. The take-in team will be available to help you.
Each artist is welcome to submit up to three paintings; only one piece is eligible to be juried into the show. Don will review the entries, judge the work and present awards to the winners at our General Meeting on Sunday, October 4 at 2 PM.
These past few months WAS-H has learned how to easily and successfully host virtual exhibits. Now is the time to wet your paints and brushes, stir up your watercolor muses and fight off COVID blues by tapping into your creativity bank and making that piece of white paper sing! We cannot wait to see your work!
