We often share about artists whose work we follow, and we celebrate when their work is recognized across the country. I am always proud to say that I follow the work of Houston artist Carla Gauthier. She is an incredible artist and a wonderful instructor for and member of Watercolor Art Society, Houston. 

She was honored this season with a collection of paintings published simultaneously in four national and international art magazines, winning awards, accolades, and prizes. Carla was also honored with two of her paintings in the Women in Watercolor International Competition. I include images of these below for your enjoyment.
