Explore the majic of light in painting. This beginner-friendly watercolor course teaches you how to capture illumination, shadows, and highlights to bring depth and life to your artwork. Learn practical techniques for washes, layering, and contract while creating luminous expressive paintings.

These materials are suggested for students participating in the watercolor beginner workshop. Affordable, student-grade supplies are perfectly suitable.
- § Watercolor Paper: Arches 140 lb (300 gsm) Cold-Pressed
- § Graphite Pencils: HB, 2B (preferable)
- § Round Brushes: Size #6 to #10 (synthetic or natural)
- § Flat Wash Brush: 3/4 inch (for laying larger washes)
- § Light weight Drawing Board
- § Watercolor Paints:
- § Palette: White ceramic or plastic mixing palette
- § Paper Towels or Cotton Rag
- § Eraser – masking tape
