To depict the spirit of the horse is to reveal the wholeness of energy, the powerful brush movement, the accurate lines, and the contrast gradation of ink. Students are receiving individual attention adapted to their particular skill level and interests. Supply list Paper: absorbent Rice (Shuan) paper or semi absorbent Rice(Shuan) paper Brushes: A large hard bristles brush or A large combination brush. A small combination brush. A small detailed brush as a pointed brush. A soft pencil or a charcoal A bottle of ink. A set of Chinese watercolors (12 tubes or 18 tubes) A cotton or wool felt.
