Community Booth Registration
Saturday, October 18
12 pm - 7 pm
Registration Deadline:
Friday, October 17 @ 3 pm.
$20 - No Volunteering Time
$15 - w/Two hours of Volunteering Time
Artists can submit up to 15 pieces of art in the WAS-H Community Booth. If you pay $20, you do not need to volunteer on Saturday, Oct. 18. If you pay $15, you are committing to volunteer 2 hours of your time to man the booth.
Art can't be framed and must be matted and in clear plastic sleeves.
Label each piece with:
Artist Name
Name of Painting
Price of Painting
All art must be brought to the Gallery by Friday, October 17 @ 3 pm).
All sales will go through the WAS-H cashier desk. WAS-H receives 25% of painting sales and will take care of taxes, etc. Artists will receive a check for 75% of their sales within two weeks after the close of the fair.
