  • Understand the Power of Value: Learn how to use light and dark values to create depth, contrast, and volume in your landscapes, ensuring your paintings have dimension and a sense of space.
  • Paint with Purpose: Focus on translating your vision of a landscape onto paper with an emphasis on composition, focal points, and balance.

Supplies:


Graphite Pencils: HB, 2B (preferable)

Watercolor brushes : natural squirrel hair/soft synthetic )

Watercolor paint of your choice, pallet,

140 Lb arches ¼ size paper


Light weight Drawing Board

Eraser – masking tape

Note: Bring a few good quality rural photos/prints (6x6 inches) of your choice as reference photos
