Glow describes a sense of light that comes from inside the painting itself – like a sunset, a candle, a light in a window. Learn how to use color and value to describe just that – light that appears to come from the paper itself, magically transforming whatever the subject. We will work together on a group project to understand basic techniques and ideas and will work on individual paintings as time allows. Level: Beginner with experience, Intermediate, Advanced

Supply List: Please bring regular watercolor supplies, palette, brushes, cotton paper, paper towels, pencil, eraser, sponges, water sprayer etc. Tube colors are helpful – especially warmer colors – yellows, reds and oranges.
