Creating Floral Still Life Paintings

You will learn how to photograph still life motifs and transform them into a dramatic painting utilizing light and dark contrast. The first part of the workshop, I will teach you how to set up and take photos. In the second part, I will provide a few choices from my own motifs with you and teach how to paint it. SUPPLY LIST Quarter Sheet Paper(if possible,300lb cold press), masking liquid, graphite HB pencil, eraser, tracing paper optional but recommended, light table also optional-user preference. Bring your own supplies, brushes, paints, etc. The paint list will be provided to you during the first day of the workshop.
