Plein Air Painting - WAS-H Member's Country Home

Do you love painting outdoors, in "plein air?" Painters will meet on Tuesday, May 11th at the Shrader's river home about 1-1/2 hours outside of Houston, in Columbus Texas. Registration is essential for this particular event since it is hosted at a private home.
From our hostess: We will have hamburgers for everyone. I will ask those who are coming to bring either soft drinks, chips or a dessert that will serve 4 people. I will have every thing else, napkins, plates, cups. I suggest that they wear boots as we have the corner of the market with loathed stickers. They can paint anywhere on the property. We have a porch if they want to stay out of the sun. Some people may want to fish. We are on the river and they are welcome to do so.

This is a casual meeting of WAS-H members who want to paint outdoors. Register to receive updates about the event, and so the coordinator has an idea of who to be on the look out for. There is no fee or instruction, just come to paint and have fun.
Supplies:
Bring the supplies you can comfortably carry, and a lightweight stool. Some like to paint in their laps on a block or in a sketchbook. Check out suggested supplies from these seasoned plein air painters.
