Learn how to take a good nature photo, see how to improve the composition and color correct your image. Then, transfer your image to paper and paint! The class can bring personal photos or use those provided by the instructor. Les will help everyone who needs camera instruction and composition. Les will load images from cameras and demonstrate color correction and offer composition suggestions. He will print out a 81/2 x11” color photo for you to use as your reference photo. He also will have a projector set up for those who want to project their image and sketch it onto your watercolor paper. Les will focus on demonstrating painting techniques for animals in nature. The original plans for an outdoor photo shoot have been changed. The heavy rains have caused tremendous overgrowth at the various photography sites planned, resulting in locations that are poor references for images and those that are difficult to move around. Class begins at 9:30 at WASH. Les will still provide as much photography assistance as needed. The class can bring personal photos or use those provided by the instructor.
