The class will design a landscape using base- lines (the easiest), diagonals or the zigzag. We will go over placement, shapes, horizon lines, and one and two-point perspective. If you want to add clouds, now is the time! Various techniques can be used to make beautiful skies. We will also discuss how to take the work that you finished and learn the questions to ask to critique yourself. Bring 140 lb rough or 140 lb cold press Arches paper, your paints, and photos for paintings you might want to practice these techniques on.
