WAS-H hosts two major workshops each year with visiting artists. The workshops are held in conjunction with the International Watermedia Exhibition (IWE) in March and the Annual Members Exhibit (AME) in October. The visiting artist is also the juror for the corresponding exhibit.
The benefit to members is a nationally known artist comes to WAS-H so members don't need to travel to take a workshop from a favorite artist. On occasion, WAS-H is able to secure additional visiting artists to offer a workshop in another time of the year.
