The Watercolor Art Society - Houston promotes the love of water-media art through classes and exhibits, both occurring each month of the year. Paintings from all exhibits hang in our on-site gallery for the duration of each show. WAS-H began hosting exhibits online in May 2020. We have three tiers of exhibits.1. Our top tier International Watercolor Exhibit (March) and Annual Members Exhibit (October) are both juried shows, where artists must present their work to a juror who determines if their work is worthy of entry. This occurs prior to the judging and awarding of prizes.
