The Fundraiser for AWS Traveling show
and for WAS-H Outreach (Texas Children's Cancer Center)
WAS-H members and guests attending the reception.

The front display window was adorned with Lady Liberty, Big Apples, and painted Red! 100 12” x 12” Ampersand™ Aquabord boxes adorned WAS-H Gallery walls. The singer was practicing his scales prior to guest arriving. A 1964 vintage poster of the New York World’s Fair and NY memorabilia on the inside Red Wall! The AWS and Outreach Fundraiser was a year in the making.

Lanny Griffith, FOX26 TV personality, recently brought the Morning News cameras to the Jewish Community Center Mystical Garden. To add another dimension to the show, Watercolor Art Society-Houston painters were there for on-location painting of the lily pond and to talk about the AWS Traveling Show currently at the WAS-H building at 1601 W. Alabama.
